Tecnomatix Plant Design & Optimization offers you parametria based on intelligent 3D objects for a faster more efficient planning factories. Through the presentation of factory layouts in 3D, you are also better able to discover, to defects in design during the planning process and not only in the implementation in production. Factors such as material handling, transportation, logistics and indirect employment can use the material flow analysis and event-driven simulation can be optimized. In this process of resource optimization elements such as the information to be analyzed because of the parts and the functions and features compared to your factory layout. Even information about the storage requirements of materials and the packaging of the parts can be used. You can manage the environment of your factory layout also with standardized resources in a shared data environment on a platform for product lifecycle management. Together, these features promote the increased planning accuracy and efficiency and help you to minimize expenses and maximize production efficiency.

Our plans ExpressTools are a number of functions within AutoCAD P & ID and AutoCAD Plant 3D, which were more than once requested by our customers. With the plans ExpressTools you can define a grid which allows it IToolbar_PlantExpressToolshnen components to locate and find. The coordinates based on the defined grid can then be output, eg by means of plans reporters. When you configure AutoCAD P & ID and AutoCAD Plant 3D System administrators must often enter long text endless lists which are then used as selection lists. With our plans you can now ExpressTools XLS / CSV file and import it, as opposed to manual data entry, reduce the time dramatically. If the project is configured, and the drawings were created, you may want to copy the project, including its drawings. For this purpose it is necessary not only to copy the entire project, but rename it as well. With the plans ExpressTools we offer the opportunity to do just that. Copy of the project with or without drawings while renaming in one go.

The union said 93 percent of those casting votes Thursday turned down the proposed contract while 92 percent voted to authorize a strike. The engineers won’t necessarily be walking off the job. Leaders of the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace had sought the strike authorization so they could bring in a federal mediator. The refurbished plant comprises a crushing plant two ball mills carbon-in-pulp (CIP) section gold room and a laboratory. The Company’s consultants SENET Engineering estimate the total cost of purchasing and delivering the plant to Twangiza to be less than US$15 million which represents significant savings in time and cost to Banro. SENET Engineering has been selected as the overall project manager and will also manage the erection and commissioning of the plant. The Company intends to operate the plant as part of a low-cost “phase one” oxide mining operation to be expanded in subsequent years. It is estimated that annual production from this first phase plant will be between 80000 and 110000 ounces of gold per annum at a total operating cash cost of less than US$400 per ounce. The Company estimates the capital cost for phase one of the project (which phase is planned to use diesel power rather than hydroelectric power) to be approximately US$145 million including contingencies.
