Enel’s Energy Management chief Gianfilippo Mancini recently said the group is looking to buy 2-3 bln cubic meters of LNG annually to supplement gas the terminal will receive from contracts it already has with Nigeria. Mancini said the talks to buy the gas are mainly with Egypt but added that Enel is also interested in seeking deals with Algeria Libya and Qatar.
