KARACHI Jan 30 Asia Pulse – The Pak-Arab Refinery Co Ltd (PARC) has signed an agreement with a consortium of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation (CNCEC) and Hyundai Engineering Company (HEC) of South Korea. The agreement calls for the engineering procurement and construction of US$132 million Diesel Hydro-desulphurisation.
