WPC is alsodelivering two 500 ton per day plasma gasifiers for the St. Lucie CountyFlorida MSW waste-to-electricity project. FFI recently announced its selection of Shaw Stone & Webster (SS&W) as itsEngineer-Constructor to address plant design integration constructionoperation and maintenance of its waste-to-alternative fuel plants. SS&Wwill be the exclusive Engineering Procurement and Construction Manager(EPCM) for all FFI first round plants. In addition to the announced Toms River New Jersey site projected toproduce 50 million gallons per year of ultra-clean diesel fuel product FFIis currently in negotiations for five additional waste-to-diesel plantsites. For each potential site mentioned below FFI is in the discussionphase with project stakeholders to determine overall project feasibilityand equity structure. The company has not determined if and when it willfully engage the following projects and reserves the right not to providefurther updates on these projects unless material engagements are executed.

Ford proposes $105 million in improvements at truck plant

has proposed making a $105 million investment to upgrade its Kentucky Truck Plant but apparently has no near-term plans for any improvements at its aging Louisville Assembly Plant. And an analyst believes production at Louisville Assembly might be discontinued by 2009. Ford announced its potential project at the Kentucky Truck Plant during a June 28 meeting of the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority in Frankfort. The KEDFA board granted the Dearborn Mich. -based automaker preliminary approval for a total package of state tax incentives worth up to $66. 3 million for up to 10 years. Ford's plans filed with the state call for a $75 million investment in new equipment and a $30 million investment in engineering costs at the Kentucky Truck Plant on Chamberlain Lane… The proposal also called for Ford to make "significant changes in the assembly process that may be integrated into the facility in subsequent investments. " Receiving the incentives is based upon Ford maintaining specified employment thresholds at the Kentucky Truck Plant. New Explorers could be built in Chicago Ford has been announcing plant closures as part of its "Way Forward" restructuring plan. Although the Kentucky Truck Plant has been thought to be safe the Louisville Assembly Plant has been considered vulnerable. Any future plans Ford might have for the Fern Valley Road factory were not addressed in its plans filed with the state. Anne Marie Gattari Ford's director of public affairs for production declined to comment on the future of the Louisville Assembly Plant. Rocky Comito president of United Auto Workers Local 862 the union that represents Ford's local employees could not be reached for comment before Business First's press deadline.

In the first phase 9615 saplings will be planted along the roads within the municipal premises. f these 4767 saplings will be planted on footpaths and 4848 saplings at open spaces like gardens playgrounds recreational grounds dispensaries and school premises. Around 30000 saplings will be planted at the open spaces with the BMC’s Hydraulic Engineer Education Department Executive Health fficer and Chief Engineer (SWM).
