makes claims that go 100% against what science believes by way of energy development gain and delivery Power Plant construction and horsepower development gain multiplication and ALL used in Power Plants that actually run themselves electrically using no additional fuel and will continue to run with no added fuel for a hundred years or so EVEN THUGH THE ENERGY along with BJECTS as the FUEL WAS DISCVERED IN 1807 BY SCIENCE!For a Power Plant to run itself with no added fuel simply means that science for centuries believed this IMPSSIBLE to achieve and some even believe when this claim is made those making it are actually claiming they have discovered a Perpetual Motion machine and because there is the force of gravity on Earth constantly being applied friction is involved in any and every machine ergo for a machine to ?run itself? means to these that friction doesn?t exist in the claimants machines and that they run themselves with no friction which EVERYNE knows is stupid BECAUSE FRICTIN IS N EARTH AND N NE CAN ELIMINATE IT. Dante NEVER MAKES CLAIMS LIKE THESE. HE CANNT ELIMINATE FRICTIN. HE CANNT ELIMINATE GRAVITY. Point is the person like Dante who makes claims he has PWER PLANTS and not machines THAT RUN THEMSELVES – ELECTRICALLY and NT MECHANICALLY and because of the friction that exists in every mechanized Power Plant more ?fuel? was added to the specific Power Plant in question design to over come the friction or compensate for it or account for it!CANNT ALL BE TRUE! Peaking plant takes shape

The Emporia Energy site is no longer the field of grass it was in mid-March. Now it?s an active construction site full of buildings workers and concrete forms. Westar Energy broke ground on the peaking power plant on March 12 with an expected completion date of May 1 2009. The site is on Road 200 just east of Road S near Westar?s existing Lang Substation. It will use natural gas to generate power during peak power usage times such as heavy-use summer days. Westar announced last August its plans to build the plant which would invest $318 million in Lyon County. n Friday verland Contracting a Black & Veatch company sponsored a welcome luncheon… A few residents raised a concern over heavy dust on roads used for plant construction. Ketcherside said Road U eventually will be black topped but bids won?t be let for that project until July 3. Lyon County Engineer Chip Woods said it could be 30 days after the letting date before the project is started. Nearby residents wanted to know what was going to be done in the meantime citing not only the dust but the safety issues heavy dust poses. Ketcherside said he would call and get a mixture put on the road to control the dust. He said he could possibly get that project started by the end of next week.
